A Guild of Internal Champions.

The work doesn't stop improving when we leave — because your champions don't go it alone. The Consortium connects the people we train across companies, organized by the process they run and the industry they're in. Shared playbooks. Real benchmarks. Capability that compounds.

What it is

The future is here — just not evenly distributed.

The people getting real leverage from AI cluster together. They find each other, share what works, and push the edge faster than anyone could alone. The Consortium is that cluster, built on purpose — for internal champions, not outside consultants.

It's not a course and it's not a conference. It's a working network of practitioners who run the same kinds of workflows you do, comparing notes on what actually moves the needle.

Who's in it

  • Internal champions of client companies
  • People who run the work, not just talk about it
  • Organized by process and by industry
  • Connected to us, and to each other
How it's organized

By process. And by industry.

Most networks pick one axis. The Consortium runs both, so a member learns from people with the same workflow and people in the same business.

Process guilds

Same workflow, different companies

A claims-servicing guild. A client-onboarding guild. A reporting-and-reconciliation guild. The people who've converted the same process compare playbooks, edge cases, and what AI actually handled well.

Industry guilds

Same business, different problems

Independent agencies. Professional services. Healthcare administration. The people who know your regulatory reality and your customers, swapping what's working across the function.

What members get

Distribution, deployment, data.

Three things a single engagement can't give you — and the reason the capability keeps compounding.

Reach & referrals

Champions become known for their work. Reputation and connections travel across the network — your people grow, and so does your standing.

Faster deployment

Playbooks for a given process get refined across many companies, so each member ships the next improvement faster than they could alone.

Real benchmarks

See how your converted workflow stacks up against peers in the same industry — data no single engagement could ever give you.

How you get in

You graduate in. You don't buy in cold.

The Consortium isn't a course you purchase on day one. Membership is earned the honest way: your champions go through a Build engagement, learn to run the work, and join a room full of people who've done the same.

That's what keeps it valuable. Everyone in the room has actually done the work — so the conversation is real, and the playbooks are battle-tested.

Straight answers

About the Consortium.

What is the Consortium?+
It's a cross-company network of internal champions — the employees we train inside client companies — organized by process and by industry. Members share playbooks, benchmark against peers solving the same problems, and keep their AI-supported workflows improving over time.
Who can join?+
Internal champions who've been through a Build engagement. You graduate into the Consortium; it's not a course you buy cold. Membership is the people, not the company — the champion carries it.
How is it organized?+
Two ways at once: by process (guilds around specific workflows like claims servicing, client onboarding, or reporting) and by industry (independent agencies, professional services, healthcare administration). A member can sit in both the process guild and the industry guild relevant to them.
What do members actually get?+
Shared, improving playbooks for their workflows; real benchmarks against peers they can't get from a single engagement; and ongoing access to us and to each other. The value compounds as the network grows.

The capability that keeps getting sharper.

Scan, Fix, Build — then your people belong to something that keeps them ahead. Start the conversation.
