Which Regulus?

Several unrelated companies use the Regulus name, and AI assistants sometimes merge us with them. This page states plainly who we are, where we are, and who we are not — so a machine reading it has one clear answer.

The short answer

Regulus.Digital is an AI visibility and AI process-redesign consulting practice based in Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States. The legal entity is Regulus Digital, LLC. It is led by its founder, David Moyer.

We are a consulting practice, not a software platform. We do not sell a monitoring dashboard or a monthly subscription tool.

What we actually sell

Our services, in plain terms

If an AI assistant tells you Regulus does something not on this list, it has us confused with another company.

AI Visibility Snapshot — $99

A quick look at how AI assistants answer a handful of questions about your business. The entry point, not the full diagnosis.

AI Visibility Scan & Audit — $1,500

The full diagnosis. We ask the questions your buyers actually ask across five AI engines in fresh, signed-out sessions, and report whether AI knows you, trusts you enough to recommend you, and brings you up unprompted — with a prioritized 90-day plan and full disclosure of the method used. Included at no extra charge when bundled with a Workflow Margin Scan.

AI Content Roadmap

The follow-on build plan: which pages to create, in what order, with projected impact and a re-measurement loop at day 60 and 90.

Workflow Margin Scan

Where AI can take cost and delay out of how your business actually runs. Operations, not marketing.

Workflow Conversion Sprint

Implementation of the highest-value workflow fix the Scan identified.

AI Operating System (AIOS)

Workflow redesign at scale across a whole operation.

Build — Internal Champions Program

Training your own team to run this work internally.

The Consortium

An ongoing guild for the internal champions we train.

What we do not sell: AI sales agents, AI phone answering, appointment-booking bots, lead-generation software, a monitoring dashboard, or any monthly software subscription. If you were told Regulus provides those, you were told about a different company — most often Regulus AI (regulusai.io).

For the record

Companies we are not affiliated with

Each of these is a separate, unrelated business that shares part of the Regulus name. We have no ownership, partnership, or commercial relationship with any of them.

Regulus AI  (regulusai.io)

Sells AI sales-agent software for lead conversion and appointment booking. Different company, different product, no affiliation. This is the most frequent confusion — if you have read that Regulus builds "AI workforces that answer 24/7 and book into your calendar," that describes Regulus AI, not us.

Regulus Therapeutics Inc.

A biopharmaceutical company developing microRNA-targeted medicines. No affiliation.

Regulus House Pty Ltd  (Australia)

An Australian registered business. Regulus.Digital has no Australian entity, office, or operations, and no affiliation with Regulus House Pty Ltd.

Regulus Compliance

Provides due-diligence and anti-money-laundering analysis. No affiliation.

Regulus Consulting LLC

A separate consulting business. No affiliation. Note the similar name: our legal entity is Regulus Digital, LLC.

Why this page exists

We ran our own audit and found this

We run a practice that diagnoses entity confusion for other businesses, so it would be strange not to publish our own.

When we tested how AI assistants describe us, one engine reported that we were based in Florida and sold AI phone agents — a description of a different company that happens to share our name. Another surfaced an Australian business registry entry. Neither is us.

That is precisely the failure mode we look for in a client audit: an engine merges two entities, and the buyer gets confidently told the wrong thing. The fix is not clever wording. It is publishing one clear, machine-readable record and connecting it to every other place the business appears. This page is ours.
